As a healthcare practitioner and a parent I am concerned about the rise of GM products in our food. While the products are touted as being safe, the safety studies are often very limited and do not investigate the full long term impacts that these foods can have or how they will interact with other foods and genetically modified ingredients. I personally was very pleased to hear about a publication from Greenpeace called the TrueFood Kids Guide.
